From my workshop in the centre of Sheffield I design and produce furniture, workbenches, presentation boxes and small jewellery boxes.
I am influenced by clean, simple design that is functional and attractive, allowing the natural beauty of the timber to show. My work displays a keen eye for detail and is constructed and finished to high standards.
I can custom build to your exact requirements, creating tailor made solutions to fit specific requests. I try to use locally sourced timber where ever possible often relying on logs of cherry, oak and sycamore from local tree surgeons for jewellery boxes and smaller pieces. Benches and furniture are usually of ash or oak.
I work with traditional Sheffield made hand tools as well as more modern methods like CNC machining and laser cutting.
Commissions are undertaken.
